BioTech (Shanghai) Participates in the 2025 Heartland Connect for Trade & Investment Conference!Exploring Long-Term Collaboration with Mayo-Linked DMC to Advance Global Health Innovation

On August 25, 2025, Dr. Jim Wu, Chairman of BioTech (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the 2025 Heartland Connect for Trade & Investment Conference, hosted by the U.S. Heartland China Association (USHCA).



The event was successfully held in the central United States with strong support from the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce Chicago (CGCCC) and multiple U.S.–China partnership organizations.



This year’s conference focused on three major sectors—Agriculture, Food, and Healthcare—and gathered influential leaders from government, business, academia, and public health to build a high-level platform for local and industrial collaboration between China and the United States.

Destination Medical Center (DMC), located in Minnesota, is a globally recognized innovation and investment platform closely aligned with the Mayo Clinic.


Jim Wu and representatives from DMC reached a preliminary consensus to help Chinese healthcare and MedTech companies connect with Mayo Clinic’s global ecosystem, accelerate U.S. market entry, and foster mutually beneficial collaboration between China and the United States in the healthcare sector.
